Historic Preservation

Every historic building is unique. Its presence on a specific site contrasts with the constant variables of changes in use, effects of remodeling and additions, maintenance and deterioration, and alterations over time. Considerations for the new work required, and documentation of the conditions of the historic (and non-historic) structure complete the broad understanding required for an appropriate response for renewal. Doing what is necessary and appropriate guides our philosophy for achieving a successful project.
